Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use the Lets Play Live website at letsplaylive.in and any app that opens it (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Dr. Muninathan K (“we”, “us”). By ticking “I agree”, creating an account, or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Lets Play Live lets tournament officials, referees, academies, coaches, players and spectators enter, display and follow scores, results and standings, and lets academies manage their members. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn at any time.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate details when you sign up (including a working email and phone number) and keep them up to date.
- Some account types, such as academies, coaches and players, may need to be approved or linked by an administrator before you get access.
- Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been misused.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- enter false, misleading or unauthorised scores, results, names or other information;
- access, change or delete data you are not permitted to, or try to bypass the Service’s security or access rules;
- interfere with the Service, overload it, or use bots or scripts to scrape or disrupt it;
- upload or publish content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- use the Service to harass or harm other people, or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Scores, results and public information
Results, names, clubs and standings are entered by tournament organisers, officials and referees and are designed to be visible to the public through live-results links. Official results remain the responsibility of the tournament organiser. We do not guarantee that scores or standings are complete, accurate or error-free, and live data may be delayed or interrupted. If you are an organiser or referee, you are responsible for the information you enter and for having the right to publish it.
5. Scoring equipment
If you connect scoring equipment (for example through a serial or Bluetooth port), you do so at your own discretion and using your own device permissions. Always check scores on the piste against the referee’s decision; the Service is a recording and display aid and does not replace the referee or the rules of the competition.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase (database and sign-in) and Google sign-in. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.
7. Our content and your content
The Service, its design and software belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy or resell them without permission. You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display and distribute it as needed to run the Service, including publishing results as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from incorrect scores, delays, data loss, or outages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account or restrict access if these Terms are broken or the Service is misused. You may stop using the Service at any time and can ask us to delete your account by contacting us.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, including the High Court of Madras where it has jurisdiction have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
